As for the Token, I know someone else already posted a picture of the face of it on one of the threads so you'll see it did not have a year symbol on it. I asked to look at the Token though so i could look at the back. The back side did have a 2017 embossed in it so it looks like it was from this years print run. However there was also a small piece of white square tape over the center of it, so only part of the embossed 2017 was showing.

Touching the pedestal at the wrong time only inflicted damage to the person carrying the item in question, not the whole party. The big whammy would only be on push damage, which varried depending on difficulty.

Speaking of difficulty, you only had to match the scepter color to red if you were on nightmare. Hardcore and normal only had to touch the pedestal when it was lit, with the correct item (Scepter).
