Man. That was .. intense.

Didn't get a single run in my wish list, but managed to scramble and pick up 5 full runs as people dropped them.

Released two of the runs back into the wild, kept 3 of them. Two are going to be for my normal group of friends. The last is going to be a newbie recruitment run, I hadn't expected to do one of them again this year .. but the slot worked with everything else so .. cool

Was that a record Jeff? By 45 minutes everything looked gone, with a small blip at 2:00pm EST.

I used to be an industry professional responsible for making sure Japan was able to buy some of the best toy soldiers ever made.

Now I'm just an old gamer

But the best we could do is one full run less than last year and two full runs less than years prior to that. We just squeaked by with what I would call the bare minimum.

It was crazy for us as well, most got nothing but one person got 7 full runs since they were under 1000. Not some of those runs were returned, but all in all this year it was harder to get runs even with 11 people we had as a group working to get tickets.

You don't have to outrun the monster, just the guy next to you - The buddy system.
