I'm about to cancel my backup hotel. It is kind of pricey at $355/night but it seems like a nice hotel and a short walk to the convention center. It has one king bed but perhaps that is flexible too.

I don't know exactly how/if I can transfer it but I assume I can. So if anybody is interested please let me know this week.
