TOPIC: For Sale:Amulet of the Champion/Amulet of the Hero

I'm not really a store, but this is a proposed sale. I'll be going to TDC this spring to help celebrate TD's anniversary. I'm volunteering, but I'll still need help to cover expenses. So I am offering for sale this year's volunteer tokens:

Amulet of the Hero

I think these tokens are pretty awesome, but as STR/DEX/CON boosters they aren't as much help to my wizard.

Taking offers here or via PM. I have numbers in mind - match or beat them and S&H is free (Can arrange for GC pick-up as well).

Note - as volunteer tokens these will not be available until after GC, so I will be able to pass them along Sunday.

I know the neck slot is super competitive, but I figured +2 (+1 for rare) to STR/CON/DEX would be pretty attractive, especially to class like bard or rogue that would benefit from being well-rounded. My wizard needs no STR, and I already have good DEX and lots of HP.

Okay, wait a minute here - I thought these were the 2017 tokens, not the 2016 tokens. The fact that I didn't recognize them makes me think I might have already sold them - I have to check that out! Tomorrow I'll dig out my tokens in the Game Cave and see if I still have them!

It's an odd niche i think, the people who'd typically spend money on otherwise rare/very useful tokens don't want or need it as there are much better options (usually class specific) in a very contested slot. I want one but really only pretty much to help out a backup build for my friend who runs once in a while and even then it's debatable on use in a mostly rare build.

Also good point Picc, forgot these got handed out at ghc fairly aggressively. Between last year and this year i'm glad and going to volunteer but it's not for the token.

These should come up eventually but how long?, for your newer player consider we've had in past 2yrs or so Necklace of armor +2ac, Medallion of focus (auto class include in any rare or lower build for casters) plus the drow raider necklace is nice dmg soak for non ur builds.

-Brian what would you be looking on poss token trade, gp, or something else for the UR one?

Before I answer, let me makes sure I have them or not - We recently moved and I'll need to dig through my tokens to confirm.
