I did it in July with my last order. Picked out the three big 10 packs. Then the pack with in for each.

Chad, what do you mean by big 10 packs? Are they taller than the regular packs?

what i mean is if you do $1000 order you get a 12 big packs of ten...each of those big packs contain 10 packs of tokens
i can pick out which of the big packs contain the Ur(or better)
then i open that pack..look at the little 10 packs..i can usually get which one of those little 10 contain the UR(or better)
if I can find the video software to convert my video to correct format, I can post it on youtube

I can convert it probably - do you have it in a Dropbox/Google Drive or something I can download the current version? I can turn it into an MP4 and send it back.

This year (and only this year) I was able to spot 10 token packs (little ones) with an UR in them with pretty good odds. 4 out of 5 I thought had an UR had an UR. I was not able to do so with the 10 packs (big ones), but I didn't even try.

I guess one possible solution might be to record the inbox if of the shipment from Jeff and the creation of the lots to be shipped off, with rolling dice to determine which ones go to which lots. Maybe even doing this in front of other TD players would be good.

Maybe instead of doing the packs as so many lots, you consolidate them into 8 separate condensed pack lots (and then make the adventurer's guild button come with a copy of each module and make the adventurer's guild token come with each copy of the module), so you have 60 total lots that cost $150 each?

Do each 10 pack individually so you have 1020 lots and charge $9?

Make every 10 pack lot 3 packs so you have 376 lots and charge $24?

It sounds like you will have a tough time making this one work.
