TOPIC: WYC Transmuting

Just curious what I should have prepared for this as it will be my first time doing any in person. Beyond having everything bagged and tagged

I've got the write up for anything that is transmuted in the bags. If it's trade tokens bagged and tagged seems to work

There usually is a form as well to fill out.

It went well last year. Jeff had forms, pens, and scissors for us. Note to self, bring extra snack bags

I'm putting all of the baggies of a certain type in the same grocery bag. All snack bags of Silks in one, all Steel in another, etc. I'm hoping that make it easier to keep track of what's what, rather than everything a random jumble.

Don't write ON the snack bags. That makes it impossible for somebody else to reuse them.

I'm assuming we'll get updated forms in advance? I'd prefer to have it all filled out before I get there...

I want to say usually the week before Jeff and Co puts something up for those transmuting at WYC to use.

If I remember right. They are the same forms. The labels are the same.

What would they change that.
Transmute times were posted on that last WYC news letter.

It would just have this year's available transmutes.

What I am saying is , if you sent in a order all ready you can use the same stuff( blank forms)
Then just spend 2 minutes cutting labels you don't have for transmutes from this year

Correct but not everyone has sent in an order yet.
