TOPIC: ATTN: VIGs with an extra hotel reg

It still sounds like first come first serve to me. As I see it, you may be #1 in the queue even if you haven’t logged on or are going to buy a hotel room, but if you aren’t logged in by a certain time (1 second, 1 hour, don’t know – says “late entrant”) you move to the bottom of the queue. It looks to me that even if you were on at the first second that you may have to wait an hour for the queue to bring you up.
