Waste of time and effort. Most DM's dont guard the box very well. Just bring a damn bigass loot sack and pull handfuls out. It's not like they're going to have the cajones to search your bag and it's not like tokens have some sort of identifying feature anyway. Just chuck a few tokens into the bag to start with and you're good.

It seems like the new method of giving out GP at the exit room and then cashing them in after the event puts a lot more control on that, so hopefully anyone that was abusing the token pull won't be able to anymore. At True Realm they had you pull out no more than five tokens at a time and set them down on the token box to count, so hopefully that will stop anyone from pulling out extra tokens.

Whilst watching a recent episode of Pitchmen , I learned about the Tool Band-It . This just might be suitable. Unlike the Extreme Geek wristband, this one uses neodymium (read: strong) magnets. It's hard to tell for sure from the video, but the individual magnet patches may be nearly the size of a token. (I think the actual magnet is smaller, but the square of cloth it utilizes may be a good match.)

I am very much leaning toward getting one. Even if it doesn't work out for TD, I think it'd be a handy thing to have.

What do y'all think?
Have you looked it up in the TDb ?
