TOPIC: Santa Came!

As Gary is sharing with us his Xmas TD delight, here is my own:<br /><br />Santa came to our house and left me a rather heavy priority mail box.  Once wrapped, it sat under the tree for a week or so.  Opening it on Christmas day revealed, much to my glee, 2008 platinum tokens for me!  In all honesty, I didn't stop to see if it was a full set.  The tokens were promptly laid out by my wife, each in their proper place amonst the four tables of tokens strewn throughout the basement, and then added to my inventory spreadsheet, and then ransacked to complete a set.  Yippie!  I also realized that, given the last trade I completed, I had enough for a full 2008 GOLD set as well, so now I have one of each!  Hip, hip, horrah!<br /><br /><br />Thank you SANTA!

Congrats, John!  Is that a TD Jeff Santa who donated the tokens, or was a token collector especially generous?  <br /><br />Merry Christmas!!

Twasn't Jeff M.  Even though he might wish he could, could you imagine if he were to do that for everyone?  He'd run himself out of business.<br /><br />One of the Tokenholics Annonymous was generous and made it a mission to see that I had a full set.<br />Hopefully, I can repay the kindness, if not to that individual, to many other TDers, one way or another.

That's really generous of whomever that was - it's a great TD community!  =)

<br /><br />midget beer and nilla wafers. 

Well, Samantha and Caiden worked with Mommy to make sugar cookies and decorate them with frosting and holiday sprinkles (in the shapes of little trees, wreaths, and such).<br />As we were out of carrots, Santa's reindeer received an apple.<br /><br />I don't know a thing about midget beer, but I can always be educated on the subject.<br />Perhaps a case would help as a thank you?  Nilla wafers too, although not a case.<br /><br />
