So would it be more like this:

Scrolls do NOT benefit from any affects from anything that would affect the damage and to hit bonus of the spell. This includes damage/healing boosting items (Ring of Focus, Bracers of Archery, Bard Song), energy changing items (Circlet of Elemental mastery), "to hit" bonus items (Ring of Wizardry, Gloves of Dexterity, Potion of Cats Grace, Scroll: Bless, Bard Song, Gauntlets of Ogre Strength [this would be for the sliding of Shocking Grasp]), and special effect items (Bracelets of the Zephyr).

Scrolls WILL benefit from affects that impact the target's save (Scroll: Prismatic Spray, Scroll: Hypnotic Pattern) or armor class (Tanglefoot bag, Scroll: Summon Insect Swarm, Net).

And to say scrolls work as written, if the above is true there will need to be corrections in a few areas of the guide, especially around the Flame Arrow and Melf's Acid Arrow scrolls. The rest would pretty much remain the same, but it will be nice to have the knowledge of what does make a spells caster scroll burners life easier and what does not.
SeyLah’s +2 Cestus of Shock: (3 4 5 6 7 8) plus +10 shock damage on a “20” (Fighter/Paladin)

Do these count as a glove/gauntlet choice? From what I know of a cestus, it would not be unreasonable that monk's might be able to use it too.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cestus
Legally... its questionable. Morally... its disgusting. Personally... I *like* it.
