Sorry I edited my post so this may be a little confusing but, yes I was referring to the Fire Rings, now that they have become two rings I know I wouldn't want it as a Wizard.  But after seeing how Fireshield was changed I might want it for playing a Tank character.

One use per adventure and not consumable for the druid circlet seems reasonable. If the goal is to encourage people to purchase large token lots by enticing them with desirous ultra rares available as PYP, this will probably not be successful for consumable ultra rares. My guess is that few if any will select this as a PYP if it is consumable. On the other hand, once per adventure limits overuse of the power, is easier to track, and allows the item to be permanent.

<br />With the Celestial Holy Long Sword+1, I know it gets an extra point of damage for being holy, but does it get another point for being Celestial or should it be changed to a +2 Holy long sword?<br />

<br />Right now the set does not make me want to purchase enough tokens to get one, I have a +2 Long sword, and looking forward I can get Bracers +2 and the belt of retrieval + potion of bull strength gives me +2 to HIT and Damage.  The 3 URS combined it may make you immune to breat attacks but thats still $750 for one character.    At this point I am still planning on spending the same as last year but the list is rather dull, with Bracers +2 x5 and one Gearons Mace to replace the now less than useful MoD.  If the ring had been changed to mage only in its original form, then the list would have changed, but now I have to agree the ring is not that great as it takes 2 ring slots that I know I can fill with better choices.

With the way things are right now I am really struggling with what 4 purps I would pick, if the PYP was put back in place.  The +2 Bracers are really the only thing I am excited about.  Like I had said before I edited my initial post was that my wife wanted the Fire Ring but won't now that it has been changed.

I dont agree with the +2bracers or boots of speed. more ac bumps to new slots is not good. AC power creep is out of control. also i dont like the monk gloves at all, giving up +2 str(gaunts) when you flurry is not worth ignoring missle weapons and reflecting damage(monsters never never shoot). other than that everything else looks cool.<br /><br /><br />As of right now most of my token purchases will be on ebay. ill probably only spend $100 on 2009 bags(last year i spent $750).<br /><br />Can we please give the monk a Head Slot Item!!!!!!!!!! a headband or something. I understand we dont get armor and have to use our bracer slot for a decent weapon, but not having a headslot item just sucks. Make the gloves a headband and force the other classes to choose between head gear.

I'm not saying its not there, but I'm also not going to assume that it is.

You cant assume that it will always be there but I doubt it will be removed since it helps generate a lot of sales.

I'll probably still buy my usual $250 pack in order to get the PYP (assuming that is still going).  One comment about the celestial items:  both sets of "stackable" gear (dragonscale and the new celestial) are limited to certain classes, so they are the only ones who are able to get the package benefit.  Not a complaint exactly, but something to keep in mind for future sets (for example, neither the wizard or monk could use either set, although they could use parts of the celestial set).<br /><br />Brian<br />

I had already planned on doubling my order but now with 10 purps that I cant choose between I might have to bump it up even more.
