Here is how I would like trading to work this year. If at all possible, we will conduct the combo trading outside the event in the hall where the auction was last year. Second floor Marriott, West hall for those who were not there last year. This location is pending the OK form the Marriott, but we do not anticipate an issue.

1. People will queue up with the tokens at hand to make one of that day's particular token (or one set of tokens on Thursday). We will make the exchange and you may proceed to the end of the line if you wish to make additional trades.

2. If you do not have your tokens ready to hand to me (or a helper) when it is your turn, you will be asked to step aside and we will work around you until you are ready. Give me the stack, pre-verified. If you are still sorting out of a bag, you will be asked to step aside.

3. Tokens must be handed to me (or helper) loose (in baggies is fine), no taped (or tape residue) tokens, it is a real hassle and it will slow down the process. If they are taped together, I will ask you to step out of line and remove the tape first.

4. We will continue the process until we are down to the last handful of people wishing to trade. If there is no objection, and there are enough tokens to cover remaining trades we will process the remainder "en mass."

5. Volunteers, on duty during the time of combo trades, will be allowed proxy trades which will be processed one set at a time each time the line starts over (just as if they were in line, too).

6. After the line has died down, I will allow trades for Trade Items and Reserve Tokens in small quantities (e.g., 1 or 2). Anything greater than a few will be taken and processed over night. They can be picked up the next day.

7. I will try and remain there for the entire time posted, but please understand an emergency that halts the event will take precedence, if I am needed.

Dave
