TOPIC: Question on Fleece Transmute Ingredient Substitutions

Question on Fleece Transmute Ingredient Substitutions 9 months 3 weeks ago #1

As mentioned by TPTB here: truedungeon.com/forum?view=topic&catid=5&id=256540 TD is temporarily not able to transmute monster trophies into Golden Fleece.

Would TD consider allowing 10x Monster trophies to substitute for a Golden Fleece in transmute recipes that require a Golden Fleece until GF is back in stock for transmutation in the store?

It seems to me that doing this:

a. Allows people to complete any big transmutes they had planned (Relics, Legendaries, Arcanum Shirts, Hirelings, Dragon Orbs) prior to Gen Con.

b. Will temporarily reduce demand for Golden Fleece transmutes, eliminating "boomerang" transmutes where people transmute monster trophies -> GF solely for the purpose of sending GF back in a subsequent transmute recipe.

I know this directly contradicts standing policy about multi-stage transmutes, but in this case I think the juice might be worth the squeeze.

I must've snagged some of the last of them, as I just placed a transmute order on Tuesday.

I would be in favour of this for fleece as a temporary measure.
