Are we able to use the Pirate's Treasure Map at Skull Con? I could have sworn there was a post on yes/no about this, but I am drawing a complete blank.

I don't think James + teal always equals not serious.
However, if Druegar + teal = not serious
And if Druegar confirms James statement, so that in this case only Dreugar = James.
Then we should be able to replace Dreugar with James in the equation (this time only) meaning James + teal does equal not serious.

Or, has a proclamation been issued that teal is not serious regardless of who uses it?

On the other hand, since James posted in teal, perhaps Druegar posting in black was confirmation that the teal color was correct.
