I think Holly Ring is better than Greater Holly Ring too. There were already enough rings that gave damage with melee. Damage with ranged is pretty hard to come by.

Uh, that happens fairly frequently.

It definitely happened with the 2013 Ioun Stone Ruby Prism.

I feel like it also might have happened last year with the 2016 Dragon Breath Potions?
