There seems to be a discrepancy. If it's a dungeon-only token then it's an omission from the Yearbook, and I'd be curious to hear about how you could get it.

+2 bracers of defense were awarded for using a special in 2007. you had to slide on a combat board and get 17 or higher to get them...i think that was the number. could have been 18 or 15 too

I think I can (in part) answer this one, Brad.

The +2 Bracers of Defense were not part of the regular token run

But they weren't technically "dungeon only" either.

They were the prize if you spent a UR Special, and slid on a combat board, and got a natural 20.
(A slide of less than 20 could get you a random UR)

This was (to the best of my knowledge) the *only* way to get that particular token. I didn't hear of any of them being in treasure boxes (ie "dungeon treasure.")

Yeah, this is on my list of tokens I don't have yet too...

Creating taxonomies with one record is something I actively avoid, so it's going to remain "Dungeon Only" because that seems like the closest fit.

I was just confused that I'd never noticed it until now. The Yearbook has been pretty accurate in my experience, though it doesn't have all the info of the TokenDB.

If there are two out there for sale or trade, given that the +2 Bracers are strictly inferior to the Mithral Bracers since they aren't part of a set, I know a couple of people who wouldn't mind taking them off your hands...

Was one of these awarded to the winner of the first True Arena or whatever it was called player PVP tournament?
