I would also wager that, just like the various potion storing tokens, you can't use the Sea Dragon Scroll Tube and get the bonus from the Greater Arcane Scroll Tube. Can only keep that scroll in one or the other

Maybe next year we will get the Greater Arcane Sea Dragon Scroll Tube....OF DOOM!.

from the TDb descriptions of both Arcane Scroll Tube and Greater Arcane Scroll Tube :
The effect from this item does not stack with other scroll-protecting items--even if they have different names--because a scroll cannot be stored in more than one container at the same time.

Mine shipped out on a Monday (I delivered it to the PO late Saturday night) and received mine back on Saturday. It was a large order too. It took 2 of the new large priority boxes outgoing. Came back as two of the small ones inside a large. So now only 1 transmute trip at TDC, I hope.

Yeah, by sending in my large transmute order before TDC I don't have to transport all of them with me. So, now at TDC I just have to transmute a few Legendaries and replace all my Trade Tokens for the newer Trade Tokens. I'm assuming that will be allowed now at TDC.

That is one of the things Jeff has said is the purpose of TDC to exchange out trade tokens (so he won't have to ship so many I imagine).

Yes. That is another big reason we are having TDC -- to make it easier for folks to trade out their old trade tokens.

We are trying to keep the immediate trading in of the old trade tokens to a minimum. Just use your old Trade tokens for a bit while longer so we can just naturally roll them out throughout the year. We will put this in the tokendb.com description.

In 2017, all Trade and Reserve tokens were redesigned with new high-rez artwork and chocolate-brown backs. Owners of the old, gold-backed versions can use their existing stock in transmuted recipes before December 1st, 2018. One-to-one exchanges can be done starting in September 2017. After December 1st, 2018, the old versions will no longer be honored and may not be used in transmuted recipes.

EXCEPTION: If you are coming to True Dungeon Celebration, you can exchange them there. It will be an easy process for both parties.

So the bottom line is to carry both in order to cover each of the different benefits. How will the DM know which scroll tube I really had the scroll in?
