After the glass of frosty glass of milk I concur with Balthasar... It was a Ring of Heroism if you got the 4 anvil memory test correct and a random current UR otherwise.

For some reason, my brain is saying 5 anvils.... but I really only remember 4 colours, like the basic Simon game: Red, Yellow, Blue, Green. So unless there were spare anvils in the mix to throw us off, I think it was just the 4.

Well I remember playing it and I know there were more than 4 anvils. They were in a U shape. I also know the answer was more than four. It may have been as low as 5 but I would have guessed 6 and the total quantity of anvils I would guess at 8.
