Are class choice conflicts common enough to warrant that level of minutiae? These one-sheets need to be as simple as possible so the newbs don't get overwhelmed. How do you communicate the difference between character and class level without taking up a full paragraph?
I would like to see this on the poster as well. Every year I have a "discussion" with a new player on a run about getting my class choice first. KISS rule:
"Players with previous td runs have the option of picking classes first. See
www.truedungeon.com/how-to-play/item/12-rewards
for more details on this great aspect of True Dungeon."
It is wordy, isn't it. How about a separate poster with TD experience levels? If there are any special events for level 2+ players, list them too.

I think it is important to show accurately what/how much can be equipped, even on a novice cheat sheet. In this case, I would just add a sentence to the last top paragraph: "The other side of this mat shows how many of each type of token(equipment?) you may use." (The wording probably needs a tune-up.)

I'm going to guess that you may want to make this goal 1-5 packs. Quite frequently I run into new players that buy a few packs before their first run, or have been given some tokens by an experienced player randomly.
As for my critiques on the actual mat:
1) Drop the Runestone circle. I believe there is only 1 Runestone, and it is rare. It does not affect any stats for the character. Instead, put something on the "how to read a token poster," under limited use:
Limited Use: Most tokens are yours forever, but there are some exceptions. Tokens have the text (one use), Scrolls and Potions must be turned into the DM when used. Runestones are turned in at the beginning of the adventure, and last for the entire dungeon. Tokens with charge counters will be marked when they are used. When the last charge is consumed, these will be collected as well.
2) The Tokendb needs a more user friendly (read: unfamiliar with TD) front page if you are going to put the URL on the poster.
3) Reword the "Tokens with a GP value are traded outside the adventure. You don't need to put them on the mat or use them inside the dungeon. Platinum backed tokens work exactly like gold backed tokens."
"Gold backed and platinum backed tokens work exactly the same. Tokens with a GP value are traded outside the adventure. You do not need to put them on the mat."
In the future, by dropping the ". . . or use them inside the dungeon." you still leave room in the future for hidden uses for gold inside a dungeon (like a wishing well or bribing a guard for example.)
**Even if you leave your wording as is, change "don't" to "do not." (and the "don't" in the last paragraph as well.)**
