TOPIC: Great New Online Token Database!

Just a small thing,

In the search results and on the list pages there is not always a logical brake between the token's description and the "Text on Token" title. In some places you do have a period.

For example:
"Wearer cannot be Surprised Text on Token: Cannot be surprised"
or
"Footman Chainmail Footman Cap Footman Shield Text on Token:..."

The search results summary "descriptions" show the first three lines of text--even if the lines don't logically go together--and strips out all formatting.

For example:
Goggles of Serpent Sight has almost no text in the description, so the summary incorporates the ToT Box as well. Therefore, this:

Wearer cannot be Surprised

Text on Token: Cannot be surprised

becomes this:

Wearer cannot be Surprised Text on Token: Cannot be surprised

There's no period after "Wearer cannot be Surprised" because there is no period after that phrase in the full description.

Per Jeff, a change has been made to Gloves of the Flying Fists to nix a sleaze:
When attacking a melee-capable monster and that monster has Retribution Damage , you cannot use GotFF to make a "ranged" attack against that monster to avoid its RD.

What defines a monster as a melee monster?

Nvm I see in the tokenDB.

When making an attack against a far away target and that target is capable of inflicting Retribution Damage, ranged attacks (using melee modifiers, see above) made with these gloves will not trigger the RD effect. However, if the monster is close (capable of being hit with melee attacks), having these gloves equipped will not prevent Retribution Damage. I.e., if the monster is far away, you won’t get hit with RD, but if the monster is close, RD still applies.

This has been the case for a while. I specifically asked this when we were creating the gloves. Basically you can't use the gloves as a means to avoid retribution damage. That's fair. I know I wanted it to avoid RD damage but oh well.

I don't think too many folks will be bothered by that but its possible.
