Is there any difference between ordering tokens in mid-November vs early March?<br /><br />Of particular note, will there be any PYP's that are in danger of running out? For example, since the Mithral Chain will not be reprinted (but extras from previous years will be available), is there a significantly limited number of those? Etc.<br /><br />IIRC, the Amulets of Wonder eventually ran out (though not until after the pre-order deadline I believe). It's been too long to remember if the HoP's actually ran out as well.
