TOPIC: Web Token Feedback Needed!

This info has been posted elsewhere.  Please re-read and then give your responses to the question of whether the Lore and Rumor tokens (Web tokens) should be 100% Gold or should they be like the other tokens in the pack...90% Gold and 10% Platinum.<br /><br />Note:  These tokens will be "double-rare" or twice as rare as "Rare" tokens...since 80 of them will occupy a "one per pack" slot.  If we make them 90% Gold/10% Plat then those Rumor and Lore Plats will be twice as rare as a Rare Plat.  Just checking to see how you guys want it done. I am leaning toward making them like the others in the 10-pack -- 90% Gold/ 10% Plat.<br /><br />What do you think?<br /><br />Thanks!<br /><br />============================================================================<br /><br />Web Tokens<br /><br />The composition of the 10-packs of tokens is changing from:<br /><br />7 Common*<br />2 Uncommon<br />1 Rare<br /><br />to:<br /><br />6 Common*<br />2 Uncommon<br />1 Rare<br />1 Web (50% Rumor /50% Lore)  <<<< Changed from a 80/20 mix this week<br /><br />* 1 in 100 of the 10-packs will substitute 1 Ultra Rare token for a Common token<br /><br />Web tokens:  There will be 40 Rumor and 40 Lore tokens to receive.  The Rumor tokens have a code that can be entered at our website and it will give you a bit of text information about this year's event.  Sixty percent of them will be correct.  Lore tokens contain a special code that links you to a special JPEG image that will be a piece of useful information for this year's event.  This one JPEG, for instance, might be a torn piece of parchment that can be combined with a few other Lore tokens to fashion a complete clue to the event.  Of course, some Lore is more cryptic than others, as some require you to decipher a code -- or even visit a real world location to obtain the final piece of the puzzle.  You may even have to travel to the Astral Plane to get the final clue... grin<br /><br />These tokens are meant to foster some fun during the off-season and to encourage communication.  I hope you all have fun with them!

I favor making all the web tokens gold. Or maybe make a special color for the web tokens (copper?) to make them distinct from regular tokens. Either way, I'd rather not have two rarities of web tokens.

I think I'd prefer all one color for web tokens, but I don't feel strongly about it.<br />

Making them Copper is an interesting idea...and it is possible.  What does everyone else think?<br /><br />Having them another color would make these "outside of the event" tokens easy to spot, and I would feel better about them being done properly at the factory if they were a different color.<br /><br />

I like just one color for those Lore/rumor tokens. Perhaps copper would not be different enough. White?<br /><br />Larry

I'm onboard for the 90/10 ratio like the other tokens.  Maybe 90% copper and 10% either PLAT or some other color?  Several people can complete multiple PLAT sets, so getting a PLAT set of these should still be doable even if they are double rare.

<br />Another vote for copper from me!  I think they'll be distinct enough from gold and silver that it won't be a problem.<br /><br />

I like the idea of making the web tokens a copper color.

Another vote for copper.  It's a good idea to differentiate them from the regular equipment set.
