TOPIC: Website Slowness?

when I click the all tab...it the page is weird. Not displaying correctly

I saw the same thing when I got into work today. Using IE. I cleared the cache and relogged in and after the login it seemed to resolve itself.

Slowness still seems somewhat present though that may be the web filters here... phone seems a bit more responsive but still not great speeds.
