TOPIC: Issues viewing XP and event list

I've been doing TD for several years on this account, yet when I log into My Account, I don't see any of my past events nor my XP total/level. There's simply nothing in the list.

Also, way back when (2006-ish?), I think I used to use a different e-mail address for my TD runs, but that e-mail address doesn't seem to exist on this newer site. Is is possible that some of my XP from years past was lost?

Click "My Accounts" and then "My Experience Points".

I see your stats. You are a 5th level player with 10,000 XP. You've been playing since 2007 on Normal Difficulty.

Alternatively, select "View All Players" and find your name (based on your last name).

Yeah, none of that appears when I go to My Account, nor "My Experience Points".

It does appear when I use "View All Players", though.

Send and e-mail to Jeff with your new and old e-mail addresses, full name, and a brief summary of your runs (the list from this thread) so that we can match up the new and old accounts. He will forward it on to the web guys to go in and manually sync up your old and new xp accounts.

dbradical: I have a question related to the one that began this thread...

All of my TD experience points are tied to one e-mail address (which I used in the original creation of this account) but I just changed my e-mail address in my profile. Will future experience points still go under my old e-mail address or will they continue to be tied to this account (and thus the new e-mail address)?

It depends on how it is entered at the con. If they look up by name, they may or may not see both accounts (e-mails) and may ask, if they do not, it may be that xp is only entered on one account, the newer one.

I would go ahead and send your information to Jeff so he can forward it on to the web people to resolve and then you will not have to worry about it.

So, I think I got this all resolved in my head. 2006 was the last year that they printed wooden tokens. I've never owned any wooden tokens, so I must have started in 2007, which is accounted for in my current list of events.

Click on the "My Account" link in the upper right corner of the page, the main page you then are taken to should show you your XP tallies...
