We have 4 of the other tickets. 3 of us have done 2 runs the last 2 years, the other 2 runs just last year.

I plan on barbarian or fighter.
1 of the others will probably take bard.
Our rogue and wizard from previous years have indicated they might want to try something new so I'll check with them.

If you don't already have it lined up, I pulled lenses of divine sight out of the post run treasure box last year and am happy to lend it out to the cleric (that's the only purple any of us have). We got the charm of enlightenment from the run packs as well so should be good to go on anybody.

We kind of want to try hardcore on 1 of the runs this year, but happy to do normal if that's what makes sense with everybody's tokens. I think I'm fairly close to as well equipped for 2 handed damage as one can get with red tokens. The other 3 should be mid range red equipped.
