Anyone having problems getting wishlists to process? My wife had myself and two others in a group to purchase tickets. She would yet a ticket to a run and not have the other three of us get processed. Any ideas? If not there may be four players looking for tickets to at least one of each story.

I had no issues....well not with the wishlist. I got stuff I wanted to drop before purchase but it had the same name as stuff I didn't want to drop. I figured out how to deal with it after the fact, but on the purchase screen it should be clearer.

Managed to find a work around...4 tickets for one if each of the stories accquired.

There apparently is another issue with the system. For a non TD event, I ended up with 1 ticket for a 6 ticket event and a friend ended up with 6 of them. This happened on at least 2 different events.

Same! I emailed them about adding start times to the cart screen, and they responded:

Thanks for the info, and we'll get that added in the near future! It's an easy enough thing to add, and usually events that go off at multiple times like that (see : True Dungeon) have the time in the title, so I suppose we just never thought of it.

I had the same issue as the original poster. I was managing my son's account under my account, and I attempted to submit both wishlists together. My wishlist processed fine but his did not. I tried multiple times and it wouldn't go. I had to split the accounts and then it processed. Of course, by then, many of the events were already sold out. We managed to get a good schedule but missed a few things we really wanted.

I just ended up deleting my wishlist and going to each of the runs buying them.

I got some runs so I’m happy.

I know know of at least 3 Non-TD events that oversold. I hope the same thing didn't happen to any TD runs. I am not certain if is something Jeff can check on or not....or have GHC check.

If TD hasn't reached out to GHC to check on this, I recommend they do. There is definitely an issue with some events overselling...possibly by a bunch. According to Royce it should only be possible with RPEX and TD.
Royce has now said it is a different system so sound like it could not affect TD.

Hey everyone! I've been in contact with Royce at GHC and things are good for TD. If anyone has a specific problem, please contact GHC customer service and they will get you squared away. They're great to work with and will be very helpful.

I have to agree. They have been great and I don't know what the resolution of the other events will be but they have been 100% top notch with my dealings with them.
