Shoooooooot, my father-in-law makes a fantastic washing machine BBQ chicken that's to die for!  Ask for creative cooking, he's the guy to do it.

<br />For the record... <br /><br />Jeff finally made me his "Kick Ass Chili" that I've been hearing about for years.  I know he has endured ridicule from me and from Brian about the ingredients in this concoction so I have to admit that I was a bit scared to try this dish.<br /><br />I am humbled.  Truly.  Who knew that Spaghettios and beef could make a delicious chili??<br />

<br /><br />Well, after the early contractions that put her on short term bed rest, we got those under control and she is now slowly coming to term and it could be anytime in the next 2 weeks.  She's ready and so am I.

<br /><br />Woo Hoo!  It's almost time for Baby Boo!  Liz and Jeff...I'm so glad that everything is going well.  I'm not so sure I'm glad that Liz ate the Kick Ass Chili, but she obviously lived to tell about it.  I wonder if her taste buds were in an altered state due to the pregnancy hormones.  OR....could the Kick Ass Chili really be THAT good?  I have to admit, I felt queasy when the recipe was disclosed to me.  Perhaps Chandler is on to something here...he could have his own Food Network show....."Canned Goods Cooking with Jeff".<br /><br />Anyway...back to the original thought...Congrats Jeff and Liz and let us know when Boo arrives!<br /><br />Lori

Well, on the baby front...<br /><br />Liz has started, what we hope are, final contractions.  She's at about 11 minutes apart, but only dilated to about 2 cm., so we'll see.
