TOPIC: Holiday Plans?

Well since it will just me and the cats this holiday season I am building not 1 party, not 2, not 3, but 4 different parties for V3b.

I have two different groups playing in January and they choose different classes so it will be 20 unique characters. Now the Barabarian for one group might be very similar to the other but there are slight differences. After that is done I have to build each character again with 2021 tokens in case they arrive or without 2021 tokens in case they don't....however you want to look at it. 4 parties for 2 runs...lol. At least it should give me time to find bugs...lol.

What is everyone else up to?

I initially read this as you forming multiple TD parties for yourself and your cats, and upon rereading the post was very disappointed to learn that was not the case.

As for me, I'll not be doing anything TD-related until V3b happens and my 2021 tokens turn up - mostly I'm likely to just read books, eat festive food, maybe watch the odd movie, etc. We're locked down in the UK, so can only really go outside for work, shopping or exercise and not for social visits, etc. Thankfully, as an exception some areas of the country are permitted to visit up to two families on Christmas Day itself, so I get to go and have Christmas dinner with family at least.

I imagine the cats would counts as ghosts unfortunately or else they might act as stand-ins on rounds if needed....lol.

My husband has to work late afternoon shifts in the Emergency Department for four days straight starting today, so we celebrated with a nice Christmas dinner yesterday. (We purchased a “prime rib with a bunch of sides” take-out kit from a neighborhood steakhouse, thereby reducing the work required on our part and supporting a local business.) I’m off work until Monday and need to wrap some presents today. We will do a Zoom call with my husband’s parents tomorrow before he goes to work. Very low-key, which is to be expected in the age of Covid.

Going to beach today. It’s mid 70s. Then home to make homemade pizza.
Tomorrow open presents (we do one Xmas eve every thing else Xmas day). We make a pasta bar ( diff noodles and sauces to chose from) for lunch. Leftovers for dinner.

Then I also check for a Xmas

Maybe when in-person TD can happen again, then. I mean, let's face it, cats are born to knock pucks around tables...

I thought and maybe I am remembering incorrectly that Jeff didn't do one last year because of the Orion's Puzzle. Not to say that means anything about this year, but does anyone else recall that?
