I posted in the images thread, but my idea was the same effect as the +2 Sundering Cestus for missile hits (-2 monster AC per hit).

Since they're all about ranged, how about
-2 melee damage (2 piece)
-3 melee damage (3 piece)

Or

May conserve a C or UC add on token (ammo, dust) 2 piece
May conserve a C/UC/R add on token 3 piece
First ever death in True Horde

+2 ranged damage to be simple (since they all add bonus to hit but only one bonus damage).

Maybe +1 level to mirror the might set only as a ranged version.

Ranged Attacks gain Ghost Touch.

Physical Ranged Attacks that inflict damage on monsters cause monster to be shaken for monster's next turn.

Increase crit multiplier by 1.

Reslide Ranged Attack. (Pretty different from resliding melee attack.)

Piercing 3 [ignore 3 DR].

I would suggest similar to the scepter of might to simulate shooting the monster in the eye / hand / whatever.

A successful hit with a missile weapon will apply a -1 penalty to all the victim’s To Hit rolls

Might want to look at the many conditions defined in the PHB. Shaken is -2 to hit and saves. While Pinned or whatever might be thematically appropriate, probably not going to be generally useful.

I'd like either +1 level, 1st ammo token used room isn't consumed, or target's to hit is reduced by 2 on hit cumulative.

I'll echo Azzy's idea of +1 level and tack on a recommendation to add a 4th and 5th item over the next couple of years with higher set tiers adding ranged damage to really make this a ranged mirror to the might set.

What about 'See invisible' and 'No 50% chance to miss incorporeal' for ranged attack only?

Having a “ranged might” set would be cool, the might set came out over several years though and if another set did that I would hope it was planned a bit over a few years.
