I dunno. Jeff just posted on Facebook that the container is still sitting in California with no ETA. So if it is treasure, they must have chosen to go a different route about sending completion tokens at same time.

Treasure without completion tokens I would think is unlikely.

My understanding is the worldbuilders tokens are being send by the third party worldbuilder is using this year.

I have figured it. It is an token debt collection. If you got a notification then you owe Jeff some tokens. Glad I haven't got one.

Not for me, at least, my last transmute was in the middle of November and received long before the mail issues. I intentionally held off on transmuting tokens in December because of shipping problems and am now just waiting until after 4c tokens arrive.
