My vote is still HC. On normal we're just playing without our tokens, that difficulty is designed to be doable with just your ten pack. There's no challenge there. If HC would be too difficult I'd much prefer just adding another ten ten packs so we're slightly better equipped. I'm also fine marching into almost certain death and trying to pull out a win anyway, no one pretend lives forever.

I like the idea of incorporating the 10 extra packs, do you think we should try to get everyone at 25 HP and then roll with what we have? Maybe swap in a couple of to hit tokens too if needed, but maybe limit it to only R, UC or C? I'm ok with complete wipe as well, although id prefer it not be the first room.

I've done HC runs with mostly new players before, although we had 1 or 2 well geared players, i'm sure this is possible will low gear.

OK - so, it sounds like we are doing HC and allowing extra 10 packs. That should help. We could just simplify it to any common, uncommon, or rare that isn't a completion token, etc. - thoughts on that?

Also - we still have 4 slots available of anyone wants them!

I’m ok with whatever as long as HC+. (10 packs, 20 packs, all 2020 rares and under, all uncommon...)

I can ghost 1 spot. Or I can add one player that will be in and out due to offspring duties.
