I talked to Kim - If it's cool, she'll take Barbarian. I'll take Paladin. That leaves Braxton free to play Rogue.

I will come costumed as Rogue either way :D

My friend Bill is interested in taking Matt's ticket if that's agreeable (he was online and answered quickly). We would move John up to Ranger and Bill to Fighter. I will have to come up with another costume, but we have time.

The token vendor we are getting our 5th level rings from just told us he wouldn't be in till Friday. Can Tom and I borrow any tokens to buff us for the run? Otherwise we may die.
