Ring of Intensity: Seems really confusing how it works. Also, can it only be used on your healing spell (or a healing spell targeting you) and your damaging melee/spell or can it be used on another player's?

No. Potions always have an understood colon after the word Potion, so it would be read as "Potion: Minor Healing".

Oils, however, do not have this convention. All eight existing Oils, as well as the rare in this set, use the "Oil of" nomenclature.
