Like the idea, not sure about using 'Focus' in the name, even if that is the set bonus.

To my knowledge this would be the first TE that did something other then TE. Maybe that's ok for a rare one, just wanted to point it out.

Also it's been a bit since medallion of the third eye (and I notice there seems to be less interest in teeth this year), how about another rare psi activator maybe something like

Earcuff of psychic whispers: Grant's psychic ability (1/game 4hp heal base, more info on tokendb.com)

I think part of the issue with the medallion of the third eye was that most rare level players didnt know what psychic powers did. That said given the popularity of the +2hps rare earing I think people would really go for a 4hp healing earcuff (which is what they would get with no teeth)

I get that, but it is also a neck slot item. With the normal rare TE limit, and that slot, +1 pull isn't enough. But I also didn't want to get into the +2 range, or remove the no other TE restriction. I thought this would be good for new/low token players, get a minor boost and the extra chip.

There's also a significant lack of quality rare and below neck slots.

That said, i would rather see a ioun stone copper nugget +1 te at the rare level than a hybrid neck one

I like the idea of a copper nugget .. especially if it was allowed with other nuggets only. Maybe a copper ore that follows the usual rare limits, and a transmuted copper nugget that is allowed with other nuggets only? only +1.

This may be easier bookkeeping as:

Potion of Ablation: Only usable if at or below max HP. Gain 10 HP - May exceed max HP.
