Thoughts on a Bard:

CoA
ISSN
ISGN
Cloak of Blending
Widseth's Legendary Lute
RoSP
Kilt of Dungeonbane (Con)

The big question is whether to use the RoSP subclass or not? Troubadour gives Enhance Bardsong, but with the decrease in overall healing it might be best to keep Sooth Wounds?

If we do 8 tokens, probably add Crown of Expertise - if Troubadour be able to use Enhance Bardsong on all combats, or if not Troubadour an extra cast of Sooth Wounds [potentially could wear this instead of the Kilt if we're going with 7 tokens, but the extra HP and Fort save would be nice]

Should we figure out who is playing what at this point or did I miss that?

I don't think you missed that. Or if you did, so did I.

Do we want to do that before or after discussing builds further?

Did we decide which 2 classes we're leaving out?

Also, we are going with 8 tokens, correct?

Finally, should we consider adding in CoAS to give us +10 HP and + 10 initiative? Winning initiative would definitely decrease the number of combat rounds of exposure. Along that same line, what about an elf wizard with a +2 staff of Power?

It appeared to me folks were putting 'their' builds for classes up not general build ideas, which is why I asked. I do think the correct order should be
What are the 10 classes?
Are we using any synergetic tokens?
Who are going to play them (so they can focus on a single build and then get input)?
Post what you are thinking about for your 7 tokens (along with requests for loaners as needed).
OR
What are the 10 classes?
Are we using any synergetic tokens?
What are the best token choices for class A? Then B, then C and so on.
Who is going to play those classes?
Who has loaners as needed?
but that is just my two cents.

Currently I was unclear if we had classes and I had one that I was supposed to be working on or if we were just randomly adding ideas for random classes (which I think will sidetrack us awful).

I feel ACoS are a great option and is a great 2 for 1 token. i just wonder on spefic builds it may be a hard sell. From some of the proposed builds what token would we drop from say cleric, druid, or paladin?

Paladin is easy.
3xTE
Armor
Shield or Helmet
Amulet of Guarding
CoAS

lol
It would be 30AC for Pally and 2 guarded characters, level 4 and 34HP (assuming everyone used CoAS).
You could drop the helm and go RoH 24AC, lvl 5 and 43HP.

For Paladin specifically, I think we want level 5, so we have sacrifice if needed.

Ok, let's plan to pick classes first. I will go through the list and see if anyone has expressed an interest in a specific class.

For my part, I would honestly not want to play a non-sliding paladin, but if we think that is what the team needs, I would be willing to be in a group of people who draw straws.

Ideally I am geared for a melee. But I can play whatever is needed if we do the whole switcheroo lendo gearo routine.

I updated the first post, but the only declared preferences are
Fred K: Rogue or Monk or Wizard
Justice: best geared for melee
Wade: willing to draw straws for a defense only Paladin. Otherwise, I think I might like Ranger.
Ralykam: Wizard>Elf Wizard
Fiddy: Cleric
JPotter: opportunity to play something I've never played

Harlax: Not sure if you were expressing an interest in Barbarian or not
Edwin: I think you volunteered for Bard Troubador, but I wasnt completely sure.
Beertram: Druid?
