About 7 minutes to fix before our carts are wiped and we start over again

They have found the issue and are working on a fix... Only issues with "limited" purchases like Patron and True Raid.

Buying other runs should work.

Glad to see it's not just us. Also glad that currently only patrons allowed.

Now I got an error message that the starting time for two choices overlapped. One was at 11:48am and the other for 2pm. Yeah, I know there's only 12 minute gap, but that's a pretty normal practice.

I tried buying the other without the patron event but didn't let me, now I'm afraid to let of of them because I might lose them.

I'm having the same issue. Slot quantities do not match up even though i only have one for into the shadowlands.

Wow, that was an adventure. I kept trying transactions one by one and slowly things were starting to work. And then my cc got declined because of excessive transactions to the same vendor. CC company fraud unit called and I had to explain what I was trying to do and have them input an override. Finally, it worked.

I hate to even type this, because...you know...fate, BUT I THINK we have the bugs worked out. You should now be able to see what tickets are available and check out. If not, please submit a help ticket through td.events so that we can dive into it as quickly as possible.

Some people were e-mailing Jeff, some e-mailing me, some sending support tickets, some posting here, some calling me, etc. The best thing is to e-mail me or send in the support ticket through td.events so that we can work through them one at a time.

Thanks so much for your responsiveness during this issue as well! Honestly, it was a little scary/frustrating to have this happen, but you and your team did a great job dealing with it as quickly as they could and getting it fixed. Still MUCH better than last year's Origins system.
