I do still feel from the original riddle that we will need trade goods as well.

If the item is Orion's Belt, is there any Men In Black Tie in here?

I give up on trying to link an image on this one...

Or possibly because last night there was a partial Lunar Eclipse ??? Either way, I think we are finally getting somewhere.

I agree I think it is likely we will be getting more of the token reveal before Gen Con or more clues as to what we need to do to get the token (unless it does turn out to be an item).

"Collect all of the unique variations of this token to unlock a special transmuted recipe." Sounds almost like we turn them in and then get the recipe. Then we need to turn that in to get the token/item. So if the O____ B____ is just the recipe it could still be an item. (Yes, I think think it is a token now, but saying that it is still possible to be something else.)
You either discover a star or you don't. You arrogant punk.

The colour of the lettering on the OB image seems to suggest a relic - so rather then "O___ B___" being the recipe, I believe that it is the final relic token.

Having said that, I don't necessarily believe that turning in the fragments will get us the token. I believe there will be some more hoops to jump through (pun intended). As you say, possibly the fragments get us the recipe which will tell us what is needed for the final transmute.

Just my rambling thoughts...

That is what I was thinking too.

O.B. is the final relic. Maybe once we guess its name it will show up in TDB and then we will know what we need to make it.

I also tried putting some of the guesses into the URL, for example truedungeon.com/images/OrionsBelt.png (doesn't work)

The text color matches that used for 3-star, 4-star, and 5-star transmutes.

On another note, the original Relic Recipe Fragment 's TokenDB entry with the clue poem has been removed.
tokendb.com/token/relic-recipe-fragment/

The web server now forwards you to the new Relic Recipe Fragment 1 's page.

Probably not a clue, but the folder structure for the Relic Recipe Fragment images is interesting. And might tell us when the images were uploaded:
tokendb.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/Relic-Recipe-Fragment-1.jpg
tokendb.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/Relic-Recipe-Fragment-2.jpg
tokendb.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/Relic-Recipe-Fragment-3.jpg
tokendb.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/Relic-Recipe-Fragment-4.png
tokendb.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/Relic-Recipe-Fragment-5.png
tokendb.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/Relic-Recipe-Fragment-6.png

Looks like the first three were uploaded in October of 2018, while the last three were not uploaded until July 2019. Also the first 3 are JPEG while the newer 3 are PNG.

This is what you've driven me to!

All of the image based clues have been embedded in PNGs. With 4, 5, and 6 in july 2017 folders, might want to check those images.

Edit
Checked fragment 6. Nothing stands out image wise.

Yep. Lazo used his item to get a hint from Jeff which said look for riches. Someone else noticed the fragments are now in tokendb and each fragment has hidden text forming a riddle also hinting at riches. Hence...ring of riches...which is the ring you see at the bottom of all the webpages here on truedungeon. It has hidden link when you click on it giving the O.B. Sample image.

Think cliff point at it maybe being Orion’s Belt due to the 3 bright stars in the original riddle. Though it could be boots (Gordon jump hint), or bead or something else.

OK, thanks. On my mobile I didn't realize it was a RoR at the bottom of the screen, it's just a dark blob.
