That's an interesting thought. Have it at Origins and Gen Con. It could work like the Golden Ticket.

My thoughts were more along the lines of if there was a special event thise people there would be the teeth bearers and then you wouldn't end up with s situation of a bunch of new players all seeing this event they can't sign up for and not understand why.

Curious if the space, time and number of volunteers to host dozens of runs may limit where and when it can be realistically offered.

Planning wise it might not make sense to offer it at every con with TD or even at the same con.

I have an oddball suggestion for it. See if you could arrange it within steerage/cargo (or elsewhere on the ship) of the JoJoCruise. It would allow for a unique event that could be tied to other TD offerings. I'm not sure the cruise would be big enough for a TD event (though, I could see parts of one being done on deck). Run regular modules in addition to the special event. Might be an interesting thing to consider.

I actually think the opposite. People already have lots to do at GenCon, and the scheduling system is already tricky enough to get into events you want. Adding this to GenCon just adds to the scheduling nightmare.

Please hold it somewhere else. Any of the other conventions, or as part of a standalone event like TDC.

I guess the point I was making was that you'll already have a large percentage of Tooth holders at GENCON already, you might not get that many people to go to another convention or a stand-alone event. I know I'd schedule around the special TD event, but I also know my schedule isn't nearly as full as many people (it's possible the only GENCON events I'll sign up for are one each of the three TD runs).

Gen Con sounds terrible as a venue. Probably would attend but could make a mess of usual schedule. Also, I'd rather not encourage more people to attend Gen Con, too many as is.

That being said, any other venue is another trip. If any big con, Origins seems best though that could mess me up as well.

I enjoyed TDC so much that I think a special trip would be worth it.

It might result in me not attending either GC, GHC or PAX for that one year.

Having it at a Con, I would suggest Origins, as it will likely be the first one after the 7th tooth is released. Also, it is far less busy than GC.

Wherever it is, I'll be there, barring some sort of major conflict.

I think due time of year, space available, and peoples willingness to attend a con that Origins is the best fit.

Plus Origins already has the patron events, and is relatively centrally located.

Also, I still vote for a separate event first. Origins 2nd

Actually Gamehole con would be perfect. There would be ample space for people to do runs other than the special events
