TOPIC: Group TD Tickets Available at 1pm EDT FRIDAY!

Figuring others have checked this but so far tried clearing cache/cookies, logging out and logging in and 2 different browers (IE 11 and Chrome on win7).

GAMA just called me and asked what event numbers and how many TD tickets I wanted for them.

The girl was frankly quite clueless. I told her 10 for each and she said they would be added but nothing yet.

In my mind this is worse -- they aren't even doing what they said they would do in the earlier email.

Oh and she said any "extra" sessions or refunds would have to be handled with an email to there customer service.

Sessions has just been added to the Drop Down Menu so maybe TD will be added shortly.

My little birds told me, "GAMA had an awesome registration system a few years a go but they canned it because it was too expensive". I think they may now realize you get what you pay for.

They may be calling and confirming on those who 'bought' tickets on Wed. If they are figure everyone around here would buy out a slot at that point.

Well I am going to lunch. If they call and ask what I want while I am not at my computer I am going to have to say what I originally bought and you removed. You have a record of that right?

Several of you have purchases a single event while other had intended to purchase multiple tickets to the event.

I have had out team and the event management company calling all of you individually. We are asking 3 questions:

What was your actually number of desired tickets? Some of you clicked the event as many as 13 times.
What was the day/ time of your event and the event number?
Were you actually charged on your credit card?

I have spoken personally with Jeff Martin at True Dungeon and let him know the scope of the problem

Our mutual goal it to ensure we have a good experience. In the event we do have to drop these events, Origins will give you a free badge to the show and true Dungeon has agreed to provide $40 in tokens for the event. (over $100 value)

I currently have True dungeon events turned off until we can resolve your badges.

So does this mean that not only our badges are free, but also those of our other ticket holders? Those friends that we are buying tickets for?

The only thing worse then an epic failure of your registration system...

UPDATE 1:30 pm EDT


A new page has been created to make it easy to buy lots of TD tickets. However, due to a credit card issue with some folks, they are delaying the access to True Dungeon tickets for a few hours. I will update when I know more.

Your infinite patience with this problem is greatly appreciated.

I got that email as well. Is this the beginning of the end for TD at origins?
