TOPIC: Group TD Tickets Available at 1pm EDT FRIDAY!

Given that their 1pm time is only about 4 hours away and there has been no communication from GAMA, my suspicion is that they are still trying to fix the problem.

Even communicating that would be good. Currently I have no sessions, no credit for the missing sessions I already paid for, and no idea what is going on. Seriously do they know nothing about customer service at Gama. Just a quick, sorry we are working on this please stand by. We will update in 4 hours even if there is no update just to let you know we are still working on this.

As frustrating as event reg for Gencon is at least there is some communication. There is always someone live on either the forums or the FB page giving updates and least pretending to listen to feedback. The silence is infuriating.

I've attending a retailer show about 2 weeks before Origins. Not sure whether to just heckle or bring projectiles to the GAMA seminar when they tout the benefits of GAMA.

I give credit to Jeff and Co by at least putting out a statement and communicating at least something.

See how today goes, wish everyone luck.

It still shows I owe $504 with empty sessions... are they going to fix that before they open at 1 pm?

I guess I should look at the bright side!

With all the hassle and reading all the negative comments on Origins Facebook page, many people are threatening now to not go...

Maybe they will cancel their hotel reservations and allow me to rebook at a hotel closer to the event itself instead of the Residence Inn some 7 blocks away...

One must always look for the silver lining!

True Dungeon tickets will NOT be automatically refunded as described above. Also, a special page will be available at 1:00pm EDT where you can buy up to 10 tickets if you wish of a given slot.

Jeff -- Just to clarify people paid for tickets and then they were deleted from there sessions. Does that mean everyone is going to have to individually call Origins and get a refund processed?

As it stands there are either charges paid OR charges in the carts with no associated products.

Hmm... I read his post as "those of you that succeeded before will be able to keep what you got", but your interpretation could also be correct.

Just received this in my email -- no clue exactly what will happened, just check and nothing has been added back to the cart...will be at 1:00 maybe...we will see.

We noticed that during registration on Wednesday you tried several times to add true dungeon tickets into your cart.

We are unsure if you were trying to purchase a single event or if you were actually trying to buy multiple tickets so you could attend the event with friends.

To be on the side of caution, we took the number of attempts you made to buy tickets and added that number into your cart. For example, if you tried 4 times to buy that ticket, we added 4 true dungeon tickets into your cart.

If you really do not want those events, please just remove them from your cart before you check out. We just want to ensure we have those tickets held out for you in case you really did want them.

Here is what my cart looks like. I have no idea how to remove the two $42 sessions. They're not even sessions anymore, just charges in my cart.

So shafted twice for incompetence? At this point a step by step should be publicly posted on how to buy multiple tickets.

-Jeff321 More than my screen shows, i have zero sessions yet have paid $126 which went from pending to posted on my credit card. So now expecting to to get zero tickets to the only 2 time slots i can use and out the money for an indeterminate amount of time.

Just called GAMA. Sessions should be back after 1pm. Cross your fingers folks.
