TOPIC: Team Recruitment?

My 5th level barbarian/fighter is slowly coming up to nightmare level. He is relatively unafraid of death, which helps. Hoping to borrow less tokens each year. I'll be at whosyercon and gencon so let me know if you need another fighter. If the schedules work out, I'd be happy to join in.

I am super green with only one run under my belt but it was a Nightmare run. So if you need a spot filled let me know.

I can attest to Scuzz having been an asset to the team when we drafted him (with very little prep) for our Nightmare run. He might not have had all the tokens most Nightmare players run with, but he was quick on the puzzles, a surprisingly good hand at shuffle-board combat, and had the kind of team spirit which is key to success on ANY difficulty.

Sharkley, if you're looking for a good player who doesn't already have a regular team, I'd highly recommend Scuzz!

I was... She played the Rogue.

I haven't run much since 2009 since I stopped being able to make gencon since kid was born but since they are coming to gameholecon looking to run Hardcore or better PM me if interested. Bought a $250 pack and bought some stuff from Kirk Bauer at tdtavern.com as well to round out a fighter/paladin build. Looking forward to being able to play again since coming out to madison.

Also un related does anyone know if the 2016 Adventurer's Guild Token will be valid a gameholecon or is that gencon only?

I assume the AG badge would work at Gamehole Con just like it did at WYC but I haven't heard anything official.

On the topic of team recruitment -- neither my friends nor my wife will be at GenCon in 2016 with me, so pretty much I'm a free agent if anybody needs somebody to join them on a nightmare or green run

From reading I got I did not assume Gamehole is going to work like WYC. Sounds like we will need to get tickets through Gh C when they become available. That is just my reading. I will see if I can find appropriate text.

The 600 tickets for this event will go on sale August 1st, 2016 at the Gamehole Con website. These $40 tickets will gain you admission into a highly immersive two-hour event along with a 10-pack of Treasure Tokens. In addition, you get three Treasure Coins that can be used to make draws from the random Treasure Generators -- where there is a chance to draw valuable tokens. We will also present some True Grind events -- one-hour hack and slash adventures for veteran players.

I run ranger primarily, but can do most melee classes. My gf runs druid only. We always try to get a few nightmare runs in if you ir anyone else need a couple people

That's a good point -- I'm actually open to playing any character class as long as I have advance warning. I can be properly equipped for Nightmare with any class.

So gameholecon has this concept of VIG that can register early for events usually 2 weeks before other people. I am not sure if they will let people buy a run out but I usually get the events I want being a VIG but not sure how true dungeon sales are going to work like that, if they are run through the normal ticketing system or something special.
