Thank you. This means a lot. I had hit a few minor bumps but thankfully those here whom have way more experience than I, were kind enough to point them out and help me correct without making me feel like I was failing the community or more so, those who put there trust in me with this auction.
I was extremely nervous but another forum member allowed me to use there spreadsheet as a guide which was amazing!!!
The community here is amazing and I can’t thank everyone enough for trusting in me. I see many fail all year round for various reason and I was worried with it being my first, not many would want to trust it just yet.
I do hope they had as much fun as I did. Once everyone has there loot I’m going to ask all those involved wether they won or not to let me know how it was for them. If there’s something I missed doing that I can do better then I believe they will be able to help me refine and be better / more fun!

As we come up on the end of the first 24 hours, we are nearly there! 20/22 funded

We are officially past the first 24 hours of the payment, information, and picks ( TG & PYP ). We are sitting nice at 20/22. I believe one of my kids may have passed a bug onto so I’m logging off early. Once we hit 22/22 I will start the funds transfer process. Normally it takes about 3 - 5 business days, however once we hit 22 and I have all TG / PYP information I will place the order that day and take care of the rest when funds hit my bank. I want to ensure our GT winner gets the codes / information asap for GHC. I worry waiting for funds to clear my bank may cause them delays in getting there ticket set up etc.
I appreciate everyone’s patience and will update again either when we hit 22, or around 1200 EST ( +/- 1H ). If you have any questions, concerns or wish to change your PYP picks or TG demotions please let me know asap.
Thank you all for making my first Auction successful. I hit a few minor bumps in the road but great players who have done this in the past helped me correct them so everything was fair and hopefully fun for everybody.

Still waiting on one more. We are outside the 48 payment window so I have messaged them again and will give them an additional 24 hours. Should they not then I will go ahead and submit the order and cover there part myself. I would put the order in and let them pay when they are online next but they have 3 PYP and I have no idea what they want. So, worst case scenario order gets put in tomorrow evening and we will get more information then. I have not yet heard for our final person. If they don’t log respond by the time I put my kids to bed which is a full 76H + from the mail’s going out and near or a full 96H / 4 days from the end of the Auction. After the order is placed I will post details here for all who are apart know where we stand. Thank you for your patience

I'm curious how this has been dealt with in the past. Do you offer the items to the next highest bidder? If the person was the only bidder on an item, do you just offer it out to the other participants or eat the cost?

It varies by auctioneer, but their rules usually state what will happen.
