Congratulations to the three winners on the podcast. Everyone likes to get free stuff.

I like your setup Trent. Very cool! The idea of doing TD podcasts is great and will be very beneficial to the community. I follow you TD history posts and they are fantastic.

Have you ever thought of having a prize drawing for the podcast? Each person who comments would be put into a drawing for a token or gift certificate or whatever you come up with. You could then start the next podcast with the drawing of the winner from the previous podcast. My sister does this with her online business and gives out things to two people each week (she does a Monday night Mash Up podcast each week).

I have considered giveaways, but I haven't decided how or if I'll do them yet.

But from a semantics point of view, I don't think I'll be calling this a podcast, since I usually think of that as primarily voice and not necessarily video. To me this is a YouTube Live show, because I plan for it to be live and broadcast via YouTube. In the future I may add videos I create/edit, but that's not part of the plan right now.

Another reason why I'm not calling it a podcast is because TD already has a podcast for the people who like to listen on podcast platforms, and that can be found here: www.truedungeon.com/forum?view=topic&catid=8&id=247629#310510

More of a perception than correction...hehe. I think a lot of people call them podcasts too, but since the announcement is just getting off the ground, I wouldn't want to get it confused with the TD podcast that already exists.
