The 17-20 Critical range on the Legendary is not improved by any other magic -- and it only applies to Sneak Attacks.

Very excited about this, which I should probably say more rather then just complaining about what I would like to see change.

Sorry I must have worded the question incorrectly.

When a rogue crits on a 17 during a sneak attack with the legendary does the +15/+20 get doubled as well?

Should it?

As written, no, all Rare TEs currently specify no other Treasure Enhancers, so this would only work with one of the 6 UR TEs available.

Sorry for the confusion. This was a tricky one. Technically, this Charm is not a TE token -- it only boosts the effectiveness of an existing TE. One of these Charms alone grants you no extra treasure...you must equip 1 (and only one) TE token.

So...long story...it does stack with the other Rare TEs.

Makes sense, would something like this wording work? To help point out it is a booster not a TE.

Sorry...we are going to wait until 2020. There are too many transmutes as is, and we will wait until 2020 as it will fit the setting better.

Sorry...I was just going too fast. The tokendb.com says this about the Legednary:

Rogues: When making a sneak attack with a Viper Strike weapon, the bonus damage from the sneak attack (+15 if the rogue is 4th level or +20 if the rogue is 5th level) is doubled if a critical hit is scored. Under normal circumstances, only the non-bonus damage from a sneak attack is doubled on a crit.

---

Hmmm...this could get complicated. We better just say if the Rogue is using both Legendary tokens then yes the SA damage bonus is doubled through the Crit range of 17-20. That is pretty powerful, but the alternative would be to only give out the double SA when the Rogue slids a "20"...and that could get confusing.

Looking great to my eyes.

ONE of these years I will hope we get a chance to see the Telephone Pole of Glorious Slaughter (maybe as a transmute of Maul of the Titans of the Death Flail, or both) so that we have another good use for those doing massive damage..but that's the selfish barbarian in me speaking. Still not 100% on the mix of effects for the Kilt, but I'll leave that for others who know the balance a little better than I. :-)

Also does the legendary need the 1/room. Its kind of implied in the "2nd time against the same monster".

I guess if there are more than 1 monster in a room.
