Assuming there is still a Charm of Synergy floating around after the one Matt was going to borrow, my suggestion is to put it on the Barbarian in place of the Charm of Wealful Wind.

You can equip a second Figurine if you like. The Bard and Paladin are the only two classes that start out with a Charisma of 16 even at level 4 meaning they can equip 2 figurines without needing the Crown of Charisma. So mind's well throw the Scarab on there unless you have another UR figurine you want to use.
