Don't get me wrong, I'd love to have custom tokens. I just think TD has enough other things to focus energy on. Like updated class cards ;)

I kind of like the idea of individualized tokens.
Could see where it is a problem in coaching
Would it be soulforged because it has your name on it? If so it would be hard to sale later.
Imagine the issues with the TD database, the legendary search would become close to useless

I was thinking they'd all just be listed in the notes under the regular Legendary token.

Or, it could be a future Legendary which is simple, like just a bonus to Saves or AC.

I do recognize that there are logistical issues that would need to be worked out, but it seems like a fun thing if they could.

One reason why not to do something like this is if it is seen as diminishing honorary tokens, which I'd never want to do.

It would definitely be harder to trade if at all.

Unless the recipe to make one with you name it required one with any name on it as its main component.

That said there are even certain community member names I would rather have on certain legendaries just for the the additional cool factor. For example I dont know who Bog is but I know who Smak is. So to keep at least a Barb neck that once belonged to Smak is more desirable.

I like the in general, if tokens can be done in a print kn demand way I'm all for it (maybe even as a tenth level perk for your first one).

The only confounding factor I see is if the printing is in someway limited (which is likely given Jeff has mentioned plate printing).

I wonder if we could look at whatever supplier Trent or team synergy use for their custom tokens. We know those can be done in small batch, and the printing on those seems embedded into the structure of the poker chip rather then a removable industrial sticker.

I would still only want the standard name token unless of course a personalized token is substantially cheaper.

That's interesting. I'd definitely be willing to pay a premium to get a personalized token over a regular one.

100% agree.

I'd probably pay double

No interest in a personalized Token.

For example: "Sam Smith" Sacred Necklace isn't something I would even consider picking up on the secondary market. I would be happy for "Sam Smith" though.

I would assume any personalized legendary would be soulbound to the crafter. That's the cost for customizing it.
