I answered Brandon's message, and I'm in.

We will need to figure out the plan for the split once the 8K order once the load out from this year is announced.
From the details here, it looks like this will be a Super Condensed 8K order, right?

I'm fine with the proposed GT solution (an auction and then paying the others the difference).

I propose a "snake draft" for the random URs in the order.
FYI, a snake draft is where the four of us get assigned random numbers (1 to 4), then choose in the order of:
1,2,3,4,4,3,2,1

That way, the person who gets #1 picks first and last.
The other numbers are pretty even as well.

How does that sound?

Ok guys, looks like we have a list to go off of as far as trade goods and the like. I'll do some math tomorrow afternoon and see how well it splits 4 ways. Worst case scenario we can also "draft" the trade goods. Put them in small lots and draft in reverse order of the pyps. Thoughts?

Willing to go either way on this. There should be 9 or 10 URs so maybe we make up the difference on the people that don’t get extra URs (past the 2) with a reasonable amount of extra trade goods.

Well, tbh I had planned on the 9th (and/or) 10th ultra rare whatever is left over after the draft to keep myself rather the charging anyone any shipping costs but I'm willing to talk/discuss that option with the group. I'll be making a google docs sheet with some ideas about trade good splits/draft a bit later today. Stay tuned for that

I looked over the spreadsheet and the website ( truedungeon.com/the-current-token-collection ), and I saw a few things (commented in the sheet).

1) The $8K listing includes eight Tankards of Celebration, so we should each get two.
2) There are five Darkwood Planks left over, so we should each get one additional (making a total of 29 DP)
3) The website indicates the gold is 44Kgp, so it's an even split of 11Kgp each.

I also noticed that the printed Adventure Modules aren't in the list.
Has anyone heard that this was intentional, or is it an oversight?

I'm considering whether I'll get the Onyx C/UC/R set or the two extra PYPs.
I'll let you know soon, but I'm leaning toward the PYPs.

Regarding the split, I'd prefer the even split between all four parties (as seen on the first tab in the spreadsheet).

Regarding the possibility of a Golden Ticket, I think it was proposed that we do an "auction" to see how much the four of us would pay for it, and then the winner would pay each of the others 1/4 of the auction price.

I like this idea the best, as it seems the most fair.

For instance, if we each place bids on the GT, and the winning bid is $800, then the winner would pay the other three $200 each.
We could do rounds of bidding until everyone except one of us drops out.

I propose we do the same with any extra URs and Trade Items.
We know that we are guaranteed to get two random URs, and we will do a draft for the random tokens that are in the list.

We don't know how many URs we'll get, so we should decide on a way to distribute them after we know.
The 1 or 2 URs that are left (after the draft) could be auctioned off in the same way, so that the winner gets the token and pays the other three 1/4 of the auction price.

There won't be many trade good left, but I think this is also the most fair way to split extra URs and Trade Items.

Regarding the shipping and sorting, I think we should all pay our own shipping (with insurance of course). The shipping is a set value via the USPS, so we all know what to expect.

+1 to this

Only difference is 1/3 to each other person because we are not paying ourselves. Just makes the numbers cleaner
