If you pull a common as a treasure draw, it is in there by mistake. If you notice it immediately, I would ask for a redraw.

Another option for dealing with just having uncommons and rares to make trade packs is to put them in baggies or 25 of 1 rarity and label the hell out of it that it is all rares or all uncommons and is x3 or x6 the trade good.

If you are only ordering 2k you probably don't have enough to with anything mystic silk, darkwood planks, and philosopher stones but it cuts down on the need for a few commons that way.

There are no Commons in the treasure box, Wade? Lol! I never noticed.

There aren't supposed to be. Occasionally one slips in the making process or from a player/volunteer accidentally dropping one in.

Last year, did 8k condensed. That was pretty painful. This year, did 8k super, mass-ive difference.

As much as I'm interested in some uncommons and rares from every year, get some of those by actually going on runs and more through treasure draws. And, if I really really cared, I think I could find uncommons and rares other ways.

Just don't want to handle a bunch of tokens I'm not going to keep, anyway.

There’s often a good common token or two. If you have a GAP, eleven 1pt heals grant more than twice the HPs of a Condensed Healing. The former option is much less practical during combat.

Then there’s this year’s Charm of Rampage. One of those used to be worth more than a couple of Planks.

I get condensed packs so I have reds and greens that newbies and budget players are seeking. I got a single 250 this year to have a few commons (See first two paragraphs)

It depends on what you need. My group did two $8K orders this year. We did a super-condensed for one order, a regular condensed for 6K of the 8K of the second order. 2K in non-condensed took a weekend to sort and resulted in most being transmuted anyway (excepting a couple of each just being saved and saving ones like the Totem Paints). Overall, the non-condensed wasn't a good call. The hours spent sorting and back pain from moving them (and shipping them to transmute later) would have been worth spending $20 with Kirk or Trent to pick up the canteens and assorted other commons we wanted.

Condensed versus super-condensed is a good argument. This year, in particular, was unusually good for rares and UC you really wanted to keep (and needed for transmutes). We probably kept 100-150 tokens out of those that would have cost $400 or $500 from the secondary market. It was definitely worth doing condensed since they have the UC and Rares and might have been worth it to do the other as condensed rather than super-condensed. This year is a bit of an abberation, though. Last year and the year before, we saved maybe a third as many of them. I'd say look year by year as to what items you think you'd keep for more than that year. The paints will be something we use until we run out. The raise dead rare is the same. The scrolls weren't quite as great but the totem paints and revival root tokens are worth keeping all of them that you get (especially with the healing rules having changed - I suspect we'll have a lot more PC deaths).

GAP?
For 10 minutes I've been racking my brain and searching the TDb for a token with those initials. What am I overlooking?
Have you looked it up in the TDb ?
Please post TDb corrections in this thread .

That's the only token I can think of with those initials.
