Last year, when the AoW was a random roll, you could equip an AoW on a retainer slot, and roll to see if you got the HoP result. If you did, it would be marked down. If not, the AoW was "equipped" (could not be used by another player) but did nothing for the ghost.


That's great news. We are doing a 3-man run with the new nightmare which has me nervous enough to not want to waste my neck slot on the AoW. But I'm ghosting about as many characters as I have AoWs, so that could work out great :)

The Ring of Pelor is "+2 to damage to melee attacks vs. undead", not +1.

Druegar, any confirmation that CoA and AoW stack this year? I'm getting to the point where I really need to finalize my team's builds. It makes sense to me that they would but I would hate to have to re-do everything.

Amulet of Wonder 's 2015 effect will not be +5 Treasure Chips. The new effect should be announced soon.

I actually thought that was the treasure effect was sort of brilliant when combined with the ramp up of Nightmare. Greed on one hand, survival on the other.

Doesn't greed always win? I was totally going to swap out my Charm Necklace for the Amulet of Wonder even on our 3-man nightmare run.

Oh yes, greed wins. It just creates an interesting impact where the ramp up of nightmare and loss of a valuable slot come together.
