You all may want to try a different browser, cause I just used the TEP a couple days ago and it worked fine with IE. Good Luck.

I just checked with IE 9 and Chrome; it's not working with those either.

I tried IE and firefox. No luck with either.

Is it acceptable to make up your own form and send 5 bucks with it?

Tomorrow was the one day I was going to have to finally get to the post office.
